The Virginia Health Strategy Project model provides a framework supported by tools and resources for employers, thought leaders, analytical and technical experts to collaborate, analyze data and the health issues of employers. Based on the analysis, the collaborators use value based benefits principles that align incentives and remove barriers to influence healthcare decisions by consumers, providers, purchasers and payers.
