Membership Information

VBCH Membership year is January 1 through December 31st and payment is usually made the quarter preceeding the membership year. For those joining mid-year, we can tell you about how we pro-rate your membership fee.

The cost to join as a "Basic Member" is $250 annual set-up fee PLUS $1 per employee (FTE) per year (PEPY). As a Basic Member, you help the VBCH purchase services and education programs that convey to you and your employees. For a dollar per emplyee, your employees get hospital and patient-safety transparency, hospital report cards, free online health risk appraisal, a cardiovascular risk identification and reduction program....and much more! For the $250 annual set-up fee, you, as a representative of your company, get one complimentary registration to our annual Business and Health Summit, one complimentary registration to our Annual Membership Meeting, opportunities for "Value-Based Purchasing," and much more in the way of education and discounts.
