EarlyBird Registration
To register at the discounted rate registration forms must be postmarked by Thursday, May 24, 2007:

$95 per Member; $185 per non-Member

Late Registration - May 25 through June 7, 2007:

$135 per Member; $225 per non-Member

Each registrant must complete a form.

Completed registration forms may be mailed to VBCH, 287 Independence Blvd., Suite 218, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 or faxed to 757.497.5101.

Confirmation Notices
Registration confirmations will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. If you do not have an email address, please provide a telephone or fax number. If you have any questions after you receive your confirmation, call 757.552.0913 or send an email with your questions to eciccotelli@myVBCH.org.

Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by Tuesday, May 29, 2007 or received by email to eciccotelli@myVBCH.org by Thursday at Noon, May 31st for a full refund. SUBSTITUTIONS only after Noon on Thursday, May 31st.
